We have spent the last 10 years in the rental industry connecting clients with the best luxury homes around Europe. We saw that there are services for distribution or bookings management, but we wanted to give owners an option to have everything in one place. One point of contact to check on everything and easily keep up to date with revenues, clients and bookings. It was at this moment that Calido was born. We continue to maximise revenues and give back time to a small, curated collection of property owners.

As we are completely white-labelled, your clients and agencies do not see the Calido brand or name. We act as an extension of your team to make the transition to using our service simple and easy. As we work on a commission basis, we only take payment when you as an owner, are making revenue from your property. No setup fees, no upfront payments.
